Because we are a small business and every item is hand-painted, we don't pretend we can match the speed of the big box retailers (but we promise it's worth the wait!). If you are ordering a gift and need it to arrive by a certain date, please email us at kieran@inkurio.co so we can put a special rush on your order.
Where will my order ship from?
Orders will be shipped from our studio in Brisbane, Queensland. We currently ship the majority of our items within Australia. If you live elsewhere and would like to receive a shipping quote, let us know and we will happily look into it for you.
How often do you restock the website?
We are so incredibly grateful for your support and interest in purchasing one of our pots! Quality is SUPER important to us, so we take our time when it comes to the artistic process. We focus on painting in small-batches, which is why you may see certain designs or sizes out of stock from time-to-time.
What are the pots made from?
All of our pots are made from ceramic, which we hand-paint using a blend of ink and gold leaf.
Do the pots have drainage holes?
Yes! All pots have drainage holes except for the tall vase. We always recommend keeping your houseplants in a nursery pot and using your inkurio pot as a cover pot - this protects both the longevity of your hand-painted pot, and makes it super easy to switch your favourite plants in-and-out of the pot as desired. No re-potting necessary!
Can the pots be used outside?
Each and every inkurio pot is fully sealed with a tough custom coating. This means you can use it plant directly into the pot or even for alternative ideas like candles, kitchen utensils, makeup brushes or even as a toilet brush holder! We do recommend them for indoor or undercover use. You wouldn't buy a beautiful new painting and leave it outside in the harsh Australian summer or bad weather, would you? Think of your inkurio pot like a little piece of artwork and keep it inside where it can be both enjoyed and protected.
