Thanks so much for ordering! I aim to ship out every order within 3 business days IF IT IS IN STOCK. Unfortunately, because we are a small business and every item is hand-painted, we don't pretend we can match the speed of the big box retailers (but we promise it's worth the wait!). If I have to start from scratch, the piece(s) can take up to 3-4 weeks to complete. If you are ordering a gift and need it to arrive by a certain date, please email me at kieran@inkurio.co so I can put a special rush on your order.
Where will my order ship from?
Orders will be shipped from our studio in Brisbane, Queensland. I currently ship the majority of our items within Australia. If you live elsewhere and would like to receive a shipping quote, let me know and I will happily look into it for you.
How often do you restock the website?
We are so incredibly grateful for your support and interest in purchasing one of our pots! Quality is SUPER important to us, so we take our time when it comes to the artistic process. We focus on painting in small-batches, which is why you may see certain designs or sizes out of stock from time-to-time.
What are the pots made from?
All of the pots available on my website are made from ceramic, which we hand-paint using a blend of ink and gold leaf.
All Aspire Gallery pieces are a high quality fibreglass and exclusively available through their representation.
Do the pots have drainage holes?
Yes! All pots have drainage holes except for the tall vase. I always recommend keeping your houseplants in a nursery pot and using your inkurio pot as a cover pot - this protects both the longevity of your hand-painted pot, and makes it super easy to switch your favourite plants in-and-out of the pot as desired. No re-potting necessary!
Can the pots be used outside?
Each and every inkurio pot is fully sealed with a proprietary coating that has a UV protectant in it. Unfortunately nothing can fully stop the harsh rays of the Australian sun, so it is recommended that each pot is kept inside or out of direct sunlight.
