Returns and refunds
Please choose carefully, as due to the nature of our product, I cannot offer a refund on purchases if you change your mind. Requests to change orders after they have been placed will be approved on a case-by-case basis, subject to item availability. I always want you to love your new pot. If my product does not meet your expectations, please reach out and we will be in touch within 48 hours so we can work to find the best solution!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
