Ceramic pots are a heavy yet delicate product. Although my sealing procedure does put an extra layer of protection from damage, we still strive to get every order delivered as it left. I go to great lengths to work with my partners and get the packages delivered as quickly and safely as possible. This is a very important, yet intensive part of the service we provide. We review and update our prices at regular intervals to keep costs as low as possible, yet due to the nature of our beautiful products, we just can't afford to take short cuts.
Packaging
Nervous about receiving a fragile item in the mail? I completely understand! But no need to worry - I have lots and lots of experience boxing up my ceramics for shipping! My pots are carefully prepared for shipment using several layers of protective packaging to keep them safe during transit, however in the unlikely case that a pot is broken or damaged by our freight providers, please contact us within 24-hours of delivery by emailing kieran@inkurio.co. I will always work with you to get the situation fixed ASAP!
Delivery
Orders are shipped from my studio in Brisbane, QLD.I aim to ship out every order within 5 business days. Because I am a small business and every item is hand-painted, we don't pretend we can match the speed of the big box retailers (but I promise it's worth the wait!). If you are ordering a gift and need it to arrive by a certain date, please email me at kieran@inkurio.co so I can put a special rush on your order. Please note that I do not dispatch orders on weekends.
Custom Orders:
I love custom orders, but they do take a bit longer to complete! Please plan on approximately 2-4 weeks plus shipping time. I will remain in contact with you during the custom order process to let you know of an exact ship date once your order has been placed.
Returns and Exchanges
Please choose carefully, as due to the nature of our product, I cannot offer a refund on purchases if you change your mind. Requests to change orders after they have been placed will be approved on a case-by-case basis, subject to item availability. I always want you to love your new pot. If my product does not meet your expectations, please reach out and we will be in touch within 48 hours so we can work to find the best solution!
